Hello how are you doing … I am hoping that you are all enjoying the sunshine…this June … accept it has been raining today but its brightening and making the grass grow … strawberries are on the way… lovely.
I guess some of you are in the middle of having a breather before the children are off school again ,won’t be too long … Summer holidays are on the way, some six weeks some five, some people may be taking exams or just finishing and awaiting the results … Its amazing how before an Exam or Holiday we can become really stressed or anxious but as soon as the event is over … Life can become more pleasurable. Most people become stressed when they feel the  expectations and pressures from their selves and society are extra to normal day routine.

Having holidays long or short term … a weekend or half day from work … a day trip to the coast will all help relieve and give some stress-management to those life stresses that you deal with in everyday living. We always feel a little better when we have hade a rest … holiday or had a short break from some of those everyday- Pressures and Stresses of social and individual life styles.
