Just to say my flight over was pretty good . I kept in mind the therapy we had done …….. I was slightly worried to start with but never held on to anything and soon relaxed and read a book.
On the way back we were delayed in traffic to the airport, so I was a bit more worried about catching the flight and felt it to be sort of rushed through. I was not so relaxed on the way back ( possibly because of that ) although I had – a bigger built person to my left who took up bit more room than usual so I never really got the chance to sink back into my seat.
However … All in All I Have improved and shall remember all that we worked on.
